3. Eligibility and Acceptance Criteria

3.1 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for our services, you must:

  • Be a victim of documented online fraud
  • Have lost a minimum amount of €3,000
  • Have substantial evidence of fraud
  • Be a resident of Europe or have experienced fraud involving Europe
  • Provide complete and accurate information

3.2 Cases Not Accepted

We cannot accept the following cases:

  • Undocumented fraud or cases without evidence
  • Amounts less than €3,000
  • Cases involving illegal activities
  • Cases with false or misleading information
  • Cases already handled by other firms

4. Recovery Process

The process begins with a free consultation during which we:

5. Fees and Payment Terms

Our fees are success-based:

  • No upfront fees - You pay nothing before recovery
  • Commission of 15% to 25% on recovered funds
  • Case fees only in case of success
  • No hidden fees - All costs are transparent

5.2 Billing

Billing is done:

  • After successful fund recovery
  • Based on the amount actually recovered
  • With a 30-day payment term
  • Including a detailed breakdown of services

  • Not initiate parallel procedures

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amounts paid for our services. We cannot guarantee the success of each case, as recovery depends on many external factors.

9. Contract Termination

You can terminate the contract at any time in writing, subject to:

  • Paying fees due for services already provided
  • Retrieving all documents and evidence
  • Respecting a 30-day notice period

9.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate the contract in the following cases:

  • Violation of terms and conditions

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
